Terms and conditions

1. Ordering goods

We accept the orders always in written form – by email or fax. Receiving the order, the customer confirms the obligation. The orders are confirmed by email within two working days. If you don't receive any confirmation, please contact us for order execution. Please note that we execute orders with minimum value of 185 €.

2. Delivery of goods

The delivery date depends on the type of ordered goods. Generally it is within 7-14 working days. In case of problematic goods it may takes longer delivery period. We are committed to the shortest lead time. If the delivery exceeds a reasonable time of general availability of goods on the market, the customer has the right to cancel the order – by phone or email.

3. Delivery method

The customer has the option to choose the own transport or the transport provided by the supplier. The transport costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. The goods is ready for shipment every working day from 7.00 to 15.00.

4. Method of payment

The customer has a choice of the following types of payment:

  • Bank transfer – conditions agreed between the customer and the supplier. The account number is always in the invoice.
  • Cash on delivery –payment on delivery of goods by the courier
  • Cash – payment on delivery of goods

5. Warranty and complaint

Warranty period is 24 month from the receipt of the goods.
The claimed goods is necessary to send to the company ITALFLEXO s.r.o., Průmyslová 2051, 594 01 Velké Meziříčí. The customer is contacted by the supplier about the progress of complaint. We do the best for the customer satisfaction!
